Travel Purpose: business
Positive: 3 minutes walking from the Metro (which you WILL appreciate, due to the amount of drug addicts and other colourful elements in the streets. A LOT of Police, though.) The room is fine, clean. Nice with the little kitchenette. Cleaning lady was super friendly! And the host let me do a late Check-out, so Thanks for the flexibility!
Negative: The flat itself is nice - unfortunately the area is absolutely horrible! In no other area have I seen (and heard) so many drug addicts gathered in the streets. It took the Door-guy 1 hour (!) to decide to use the phone for 30 seconds to contact the host (I could not use their local wifi before checking in) to verify that I was allowed in. Once they finally contacted the Host, all was good. The pool from the photos was "out of order" (but it looked nice ...)
Summary: Nice flat in super "shady" area. Near Metro, though.
